Identified - The service has been restored but there may be a period of up to 30 minutes before connections are attempted due to the length of the downtime. We are monitoring the network closely to ensure all connections are successfully reestablished.

Update - Following the ongoing service outage, we have received a recent update: Our upstream provider, along with our Core engineers, are currently on a bridge call with the Service partner's technical team, diagnosing the traffic to resolve the connection issue.

Update - Hi, Our core engineering team is currently in a technical bridge call and exploring all avenues from core networks perspective. We have engaged specialists to further investigate the issue. Investigation is ongoing.

Investigating - We have been made aware that connections look to be showing as down and when testing this indicates a Stale session. We are currently engaged on a Bridge call with our upstream for further troubleshooting.
